Raised near Little Rock, Jace grew up listening to everything from country and Southern rock to whatever happened to be popular at the time. Country ultimately became the music he connected with most, especially once he started paying attention to the stories behind the songs. He became fascinated by how one song could be fun enough to turn all the way up while the next could somehow describe exactly what somebody was going through. Jace was the social one growing up.
